Drawing from the California Standards for the Teaching Profession, specifically CSTP 2.1 and 2.2, participants will learn how to promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment and establish clear behavioral expectations and routines. You will leave with a mindset that understands "they can't" vs. "they won't" and a toolkit of tangible strategies to help you build a safe, predictable, and supportive classroom community.
